The Sacral Chakra is the second Chakra and is known to be the center of pleasure, enjoyment and creativity.

Located in the lower abdomen, the Sacral Chakra represents the very center of “You.”The chakra originates from the Sanskrit word “Svadhishthana,” which translates as “one’s own place” and refers to the true and untarnished aspects of the real you. The colour associated with the second Chakra is orange, which stands for warmth and emotion. Those with a balanced Sacral Chakra radiate warmth and are able to speak openly about there emotions. When the Sacral Chakra is balanced, you feel in harmony with life. You are able to express yourself creatively and to transform with each new experience life offers — both good and bad.

This amazing 2 hour work shop will be facilitated by Kylie Maree and spaces are limited to 6 souls to ensure maximum healing benefits in this intimate space. Using her training as a Traditional Reiki Master she has designed this sacred space to nurture self, ensuring those participating will walk away with the beautiful tools to continue healing oneself.

Investment for this experience will be $70 (included in this will be a set of Personal Sacral Mediation Healing stones as well as refreshments to work collaboratively with the Sacral Chakra and inner healing.
