Distant Reiki healing sessions are very simple on your part:
At first contact we discuss a suitable time for you to receive your distant healing, usually, I recommend a time where you are relaxed.
Or if preferred we can program the healing to activate whilst sleeping overnight. In order to receive the greatest benefits of this healing, I request a recent photo of the recipient and brief discussion prior to the session. Feedback will be given the following morning via phone or email.
